You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We’ll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error(you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
To do this, the Customer must first request a return by email. If the return request is validated by Griplife.com.tw, the return is at the customer charge, all is at the risk of the Customer. The Product must be returned within one (1) week after the Return validation, in its original packaging, in its original condition, new, unused, with the mention that it’s a RETURN parcel to address which Griplife.com.tw provided.
If the item is not returned by the Customer within one (1) week after receipt of the postage label, the return is considered canceled and the Customer must keep the product.
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

依照消費者保護規定，Griplife 線上服務平台消費者均享有商品到貨 7 天鑑賞期之權益（到貨日的計算以宅配簽收單為憑，7 天包含假日）。請注意鑑賞期不等同於試用期，收到商品時，請先確認商品內容物是否完整，商品數量是否無誤。（在您還不確定是否要辦理退貨以前，請勿拆封。）
網頁商品會因各廠牌螢幕以及解析度不同，造成圖片顏色呈現略有色差，請以實品顏色為準。此期間內，建議您有退貨問題，請務必先於上班時間（週一至週五 09：00am~6：00pm）聯絡【客服信箱】，將有專人為您服務。
請您於收到貨後 7 天鑑賞期內，發信至【客服信箱】，輸入要求的基本退貨資料（姓名/電話/地址/電子郵件/訂單編號/訂單商品/退貨原因），依申請次日起 1 個工作天內（工作天並不包含例假日及國定假日）我們將審核案件，通過審核後，客服人員將以 Email 或電話回覆，處理後續問題。
退貨商品必須是全新狀態且完整包裝（請保持商品、附件、包裝、紙箱及所有附隨文件或資料之完整性），若商品已使用、毀損、包裝遺失等，需酌收商品復原之費用。建議您妥善保存寄送外箱至鑑賞期滿後再行處理。
